Refund policy

30-day satisfaction guarantee (optional)

The 30-day satisfaction guarantee is an optional program offered with every mallet, for A$99 in Australia, £75 in the UK or US$99 elsewhere. With it, you can request a return within 30 days of confirmed delivery. Invictus provides a prepaid return label. Approved returns have no restocking fee and refund the mallet, any paid options and the original delivery charge. The guarantee fee itself is not refundable.

Warranty

Every mallet has a six-month warranty covering qualifying manufacturing or material defects. This is separate from the 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

Engraved mallets

Engraved mallets are not eligible for the 30-day satisfaction guarantee and are final sale except where faulty.

Your rights under consumer law

The guarantee and warranty are in addition to your rights under consumer law.
