Six-month product warranty
Invictus provides a six-month product warranty. This warranty is separate from the Invictus 30 Day Trial.
What the warranty is intended to cover
- Manufacturing defects that prevent the product from functioning as intended.
- Material defects present under normal intended use.
What is not ordinarily covered
- Normal wear from regular play.
- Cosmetic marks, finish wear or appearance changes that do not affect function.
- Accidental damage, impact outside normal play or improper storage.
- Misuse, neglect or use outside the product’s intended purpose.
- Unauthorized repairs, drilling, alterations or component modifications.
Replaceable and consumable components
Striking faces, grips and other serviceable components can wear through normal use. Normal wear is not a defect; a component that is itself defective may be reviewed under the warranty.
Custom-engraved mallets are final sale except where faulty and are not eligible for the 30 Day Trial. A qualifying manufacturing or material defect can still be reviewed under this warranty.
