Mallet fitting guide

The right specification begins with your stance, grip, and stroke. Use this guide to narrow your choices, then ask an Invictus specialist to confirm your configuration.

Handle length

Invictus measures handle length from the floor to the top of the handle. RF Pro and Invictus Rise are both available with handles from 31 to 42 inches (787–1,067 mm). Your stance and hand position matter more than height alone.

Head size

RF Pro is available with an 11-inch (279 mm) or 12-inch (305 mm) head. Invictus Rise is available with an 11-inch (279 mm) head only.

Mallet weight

RF Pro is approximately 2 lb 12 oz (1.25 kg). Invictus Rise is approximately 3 lb (1.36 kg). If you prefer a different weight, ask an Invictus specialist whether another current configuration is available.

Grip style

The upper handle has a rectangular 1.2 × 1.0 in (30 × 25 mm) section with a 0.4 in (10 mm) bevel. The lower profile is 1.0 in (25 mm) round and uses the tactile Invictus shrink grip.

Balance preference

RF Pro uses peripheral brass weighting. Invictus Rise uses internal stainless-steel weight components. If you’re unsure which setup is best for you, speak with an Invictus specialist before ordering.

Croquet codes

Both mallets are suitable for Association Croquet, Golf Croquet, and American Six-Wicket Croquet. Optional 9-inch court markings can be added on request for American Six-Wicket players.

Request a fitting review

Share your current handle length, mallet weight, croquet code, grip style, and what you would change about your present mallet. An Invictus specialist can then discuss the closest current specification.
