Delivery
Invictus mallets are made to order. Current production time is approximately four weeks.
Production period
The four-week period is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion date. Invictus will advise if a particular configuration requires additional time.
Outbound delivery
Outbound delivery is charged separately and is not included in the product price. Transit time begins after production and depends on destination and service.
International orders
International availability remains supported. Currency, duties, taxes and delivery services depend on the destination market and checkout configuration.
Trial returns
Under the Invictus 30 Day Trial, approved returns receive a prepaid return label and a refund of the original delivery charge. This does not mean outbound delivery is complimentary at the time of purchase.
