The Invictus 30 Day Trial
A mallet should be felt, not merely described. Play with your Invictus mallet for 30 days from the date it arrives. If it is not right for you, contact us within that period and we will provide a prepaid return label. There is no restocking fee. Once the mallet is received and reviewed by our customer service team, we will refund the purchase price and original delivery charge to your original payment method.
How the trial works
- The 30-day period begins on the confirmed delivery date.
- You may use the mallet normally on a croquet lawn.
- You must request the return within 30 days of delivery.
- Invictus will provide a prepaid return label in every country.
- Please dispatch the mallet promptly after receiving the label and follow any carrier or routing instructions provided by our customer service team.
- A customer service representative will review the returned mallet when it is received.
- For an approved trial return, there is no restocking fee. The purchase price and original delivery charge are refunded to the original payment method.
- Custom-engraved mallets are not eligible for the Invictus 30 Day Trial and are final sale except where faulty.
Return routing
American orders will be routed to an American return address supplied with the return label.
Return routing for other countries will be supplied with the return label.
Trial and warranty are separate
The 30 Day Trial lets you assess whether the mallet is right for you. The six-month product warranty addresses qualifying manufacturing or material defects.
